I offer a brief 15 minute SAY HI Consult to prospective clients to discuss your current health needs and ensure the services I provide are the right fit. If a new client visit is scheduled, the cost of the SAY HI Consult ($50) is deducted from your first appointment (length of initial appointment stays the same at 30 minutes).
transform package
The Transform Package is best for those ready to engage in an ongoing partnership in their health journey over the long term. Offered as a 6 month package with longer consultation times and unlimited direct messaging with Dr. Michelle.
Hormone REPLACEMENT THERAPY (HRT) CONSULTation
30 minute consultation designed to discuss the risks and benefits of implementing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), what to expect, and the delivery options available. Non-hormonal natural therapeutics are also reviewed. Consult ONLY as I cannot prescribe in FL.
Specialized lab testing
Lab panels are available to assess basic blood biomarkers, hormonal health, vitamin status, and food intolerances that may impact your health. Established clients only.

A 20% discount is offered on all vitamins, minerals, and supplements suggested as part of your personalized health regimen. Offered through Fullscript.
